Lorena definitely went above and beyond to make sure we have a great vacation. She made all the arrangements and bookings for us. She also researched transportation options and costs, tours we might be interested in, provided a list of attractions we might like to see, and even gave us restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! We had a fantastic trip thanks to all of her preparation and research. And the best part - I didn't have to do anything other than select from her carefully curated suggestions! Doesn't get much easier than that.
